Improvement in Education and Research Power

    • In order to train competent elementary school teachers, operate a curriculum with strengthened basic curriculum, promote learning culture where preliminary teachers can have healthy development, establish research model that can highlight the distinct characteristics of Teachers’ college while simultaneously implementing programs that can further develop the capability of teachers.

Renovation in University Operation

    • For effective management of the university’s manpower and organization, reorganize the organization and develop and implement programs to develop the abilities of administrative support staff.

Construction of a System for International Affairs

    • Establish cooperation system with related organizations in order to utilize various resources from outside of the university for our university’s education·research. Develop and operate research and business models that highlight the distinct characteristics of Teacher’s College in order to actively respond to the changes in the financial management method for national universities.
